Buyer & Listing, Appointments Provided
Stop chasing leads and start running appointments. The Carol Royse Team has been one of Arizona's most trusted real estate names for 40 years, and we're growing. We're hiring buyer and listing agents to run appointments we set for you from Zillow, radio, Google, open houses and sign calls, including Zillow leads in 18 zip codes like North Scottsdale and other luxury areas.
Our goal is for every salesperson on our team to earn top 1% income. Our top agents are already on that pace. You bring the drive and coachability. We bring the leads, the systems, the support team and the weekly training to help you build a six-figure career. This is a commission-based role with appointments provided.
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:

Run buyer and seller appointments set for you by our ISA team

Present our VIP Buyer and VIP Seller Presentations and sign clients to our programs

Price and launch listings using our listing launch system and 18 marketing systems

Show homes and write offers using our 72-hour system to get buyers under contract fast

Host open houses and turn visitors into buyer and listing appointments

Follow up with every new lead the same day and keep your CRM tasks current

Train with the team weekly on scripts, roleplay and objection handling
Qualifications:

Active Arizona real estate license, or licensed within 60 days

Coachable and willing to follow a proven system

Strong communication and people skills, in person and on the phone

Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to hit monthly goals

Available evenings and weekends when clients need you

Comfortable on camera, since our team is launching a social media reality show

Real estate sales experience preferred, and listing experience a plus
