Nutrition At The Bridge is seeking a dependable, energetic, and creative Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, drive sales, and lead our team. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to create engaging social media content — especially trendy TikTok videos — to help grow our brand.
If you are a natural leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with customers, and is comfortable creating social media content, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
Leadership & Daily Operations

Lead team members and manage shift flow

Ensure excellent customer service and positive store environment

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocked stations

Count register and ensure accurate transactions

Ensure drinks are made correctly and efficiently

Complete opening and closing duties when scheduled

Enforce company policies and standards
Sales & Customer Experience

Upsell specialty drinks, kitchen sinks, and add-ons
-
Promote punch cards, specials, and promotions

Encourage team to meet daily sales goals

Resolve customer concerns professionally
Social Media & Marketing (Required)

Create trendy and engaging videos for social media

Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and implement them in-store

Film and post TikTok and Instagram content regularly

Promote weekly specials, new drinks, and events online

Help increase brand awareness through creative content
Qualifications
-
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Customer service or food/beverage experience preferred

Comfortable on camera and creating video content

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Positive attitude and team-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule Requirements

Must be flexible and dependable

Weekend availability required

Sunday availability required (10AM–2PM)
