What Youll Do
- Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products
- Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality
- Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and bakery equipment safely
- Monitor freshness, baking times, temperatures, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery
- Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
- Properly store ingredients and finished products
- Help minimize waste while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work alongside a supportive bakery and store team to deliver a great customer experience
What Were Looking For
- Previous baking or bakery experience preferred
- Passion for producing fresh, high-quality products
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food-safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary or baking certification is a plus, but not required
