The Role
\n
\n
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to help the company scale. The company needs help on all fronts, and this person will be the connective tissue across leadership and teams, turning priorities into plans and plans into results. This is a senior, trusted seat for someone who brings rigor, discipline, and calm under pressure. The ideal candidate comes from the military, politics, or logistics, and large scale finance logistics backgrounds are welcome too.

What You'll Do
\n
\n
Operating Rhythm & Executive Leverage
\n
\n
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, extending their reach and helping them focus on the decisions that matter most
\n
- Build and run the operating cadence of the company, including leadership meetings, priorities, goals, and accountability tracking
\n
- Prepare briefing materials and decision documents, capture commitments, and close the loop on every follow up
\n
\n
Cross Functional Execution
\n
\n
- Drive high priority initiatives across teams from planning through delivery, removing obstacles along the way
\n
- Step in wherever the company needs help, bringing structure to new or ambiguous areas of the business
\n
- Identify gaps in process, staffing, and systems, and put practical solutions in place
\n
\n
Logistics, Planning & Operations
\n
\n
- Plan and coordinate complex logistics for leadership, events, launches, and travel with precision
\n
- Build systems that let a fast growing team scale without losing speed or quality
\n
- Track budgets, timelines, and resources for key initiatives and surface risks early, with a solution attached
\n
\n
Communications & Stakeholder Coordination
\n
\n
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, investors, and external advisors, handling sensitive matters with discretion
\n
- Draft clear, polished communications on behalf of leadership
\n
- Act as a steady point of contact who keeps information and commitments moving across the organization
\n
\n

Experience
\n
\n
- A background in the military, politics, or logistics is strongly preferred; large scale finance or financial logistics experience is also a strong fit
\n
- 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 3 to 5 years as a - Chief of Staff, senior operator, or military or political staff leader working directly with a senior executive
\n
- A track record of leading complex, cross functional initiatives from start to finish
\n
- Interest in technology, media, or storytelling is a plus
\n
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate
\n
- Bachelor's degree preferred
\n
