Penn Apartment Staffing is a leading staffing firm in the multifamily industry, placing top talent with premier Property Management companies across Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. We’re looking for a proactive, people-first Talent Acquisition Specialist to keep our candidate pipeline strong and our office running smoothly!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews Monday–Friday
✅ Source talent and post openings on job boards, social media, and ZipRecruiter
✅ Manage onboarding, background checks, and I-9 verification
✅ Enter and track applicants in ATS system and Excel
✅ Represent Penn at job fairs, hiring events, and Apartment Association events
✅ Welcome visitors, guide applicants, and support office operations

What You Bring:
⭐ Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
⭐ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⭐ Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
⭐ Strong organization and a get-it-done attitude
⭐ Ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and leadership
