Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Banker for a direct hire opportunity with a bank in the Ladson, SC area. This customer-facing banking role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, assisting customers, and working in a high-volume branch environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer banking transactions while delivering professional, friendly service.
- Assist customers with account servicing, general banking questions, and day-to-day financial needs.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Build trusted customer relationships while supporting a community-focused branch experience.
- Educate customers on banking products, services, and self-service tools when appropriate.
- Follow bank policies, procedures, and fraud prevention practices to protect customers and the institution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
