Lemons and Limes Boutique, located in the heart of Loveland, OH and in the Deerfield Towne Center, is searching for a Retail Sales Professional to join our friendly team. What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Professional at Lemons and Limes Boutique, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers leave with a smile (and maybe a fabulous new outfit). Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service & Styling: Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling advice or product recommendations.
- Sales & Transactions: Drive sales through attentive service, suggestive selling, and cross-selling complementary items. You’ll also handle checkouts, exchanges, and returns with accuracy using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising & Presentation: Keep our boutique looking its best by restocking racks, steaming or folding apparel, and maintaining clean and visually appealing displays.
- Inventory & Operations: Assist with receiving new shipments, tagging merchandise, conducting stock counts, and reporting low inventory levels.
- Brand Engagement: Support social media initiatives, customer loyalty sign-ups, and in-store promotional events to keep our boutique buzzing with excitement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and style to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Interpersonal Skills: A warm, approachable demeanor with excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Fashion/Product Sense: A keen eye for styling, trends, and merchandise features that align with our boutique’s unique vibe.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using a POS system, handling basic math, and managing inventory software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift or move merchandise (up to 25–50 pounds).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
