Job Summary
A respected plaintiff-side litigation practice in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant, Plaintiff Litigation, for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume civil litigation environment and enjoys supporting attorneys with meaningful, substantive casework.

The successful candidate will be polished, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with clients, attorneys, medical providers, experts, and internal team members. This is not an entry-level administrative role and requires prior Legal Assistant experience in a litigation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with active litigation and pre-suit plaintiff matters in a high-volume legal environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone and in person, including assistance with intake and case updates.
- Request, organize, and maintain medical records, medical bills, case files, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with drafting legal documents, discovery responses, case correspondence, and litigation-related materials.
- Coordinate depositions, experts, travel, meetings, deadlines, calendars, and other case activities.
- Assist with trial preparation, case organization, and overflow support for other attorneys or legal teams as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Compensation: $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Primarily onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
- Flexible scheduling options may include 1 remote day per week with 4 days onsite, or four approximately 9.5-hour workdays with one weekday off.
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees.
- Life insurance equal to 1.5x salary.
- Profit sharing of approximately 15% of W-2 earnings.
- Year-end bonuses ranging from approximately 4 to 12+ weeks of pay.

- Paid week off at Christmas.
