Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Charlotte, 28273 Pay: $20 Per Hour – Paid every Friday. Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM Available for overtime and weekends if needed Referral Bonus Program Available Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and energetic Bilingual Content Creator / Social Media Lead to develop engaging video and social media content. This person will be responsible for creating content, appearing regularly on camera, and helping build the brand’s social media presence. Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging video and social media content for an Auction company.
Serve as the primary on-camera presence for the brand.
Record video and audio content for social media platforms.
Develop creative content ideas that align with the brand and audience.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content.
Maintain a consistent content schedule.
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute creative ideas.
Stay comfortable and confident while appearing on camera regularly.
Assist with other content and marketing-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English & Spanish.
Previous experience creating social media content.
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creative, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Comfortable recording both video and audio.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
