Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
About the job:
Are you passionate about social media and graphic design? Looking for a fun, creative role where you can produce engaging content and travel to events throughout NYC? RentQuest is looking for someone who enjoys creating content, has a creative eye, and is excited to grow their skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position includes a mix of in-office responsibilities and on-site event work.
We are a fast-paced environment searching for someone who is extremely organized and dynamic with a resourceful, can-do attitude. This position requires the ability to multitask with ease and independently prioritize tasks two companies.
RentQuest is a high-end furniture rental company serving clients throughout the Tri-State Area and along the East Coast. We specialize in providing stylish, high-quality furniture and custom-built pieces for a wide range of events, including corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, weddings, and private gatherings.
Duties included but are not limited to:
- Managing social media platforms by creating meaningful and on-brand content and interacting with new and potential followers
- Website and inventory updates
- Creating and sending email campaigns, including promotional email blasts, event recaps, and client feedback requests
- Sourcing and coordinating client gifts
- Create company-branded merchandise
- Creating posts and reels of furniture on-site at events throughout NYC
- Creating PR content for look books, brand messaging collateral, and client outreach
- Ability to work independently and communicate confidently and professionally with clients
- Availability to work some weekends
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New York, NY 10018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
