Job Description

Company Description Eunoie is the world’s first Emotional Intelligence AI ecosystem, designed to support people in the moments that matter most—conversations, pauses, and times when understanding is more important than answers. Built on the belief that intelligence without emotional awareness is incomplete, Eunoie focuses on presence and connection rather than purely informational responses. Its AI interprets mood, context, and personal history to respond in a tone that fits each unique moment, learning and adapting through an Observe → Connect → Correct framework inspired by emotionally intelligent human behavior. For applicants, this means joining a team devoted to creating technology that acts as an emotional mirror, motivator, and guide, rather than just a smarter tool. Eunoie is committed to building AI that genuinely “gets” people and their experiences.\n
Role Description The Character Lore and Behaviour Writer (Grimoire Writer) internship is a remote role focused on creating and maintaining detailed narrative foundations for AI characters within the Eunoie ecosystem. Day-to-day, you will craft character backstories, emotional profiles, relational dynamics, and behavioral guidelines that help our AI respond in human, emotionally aware ways. You will translate psychological and emotional concepts into clear, usable lore documents, define how characters evolve over time, and ensure their behavior remains consistent and authentic across contexts. Collaboration with product designers, AI researchers, and other writers will be key as you refine character frameworks, review conversational outputs, and iterate on lore based on testing and feedback. This internship is ideal for individuals who enjoy worldbuilding, character design, and writing emotionally grounded narratives that guide real-time AI interactions.\n
