Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Services Sales Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Pflugerville, TX. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, prospecting new accounts, meeting with business owners, and closing consultative B2B sales opportunities across Pflugerville, Austin, and surrounding Central Texas markets.
This position offers the opportunity to develop a territory with autonomy while receiving support from an experienced leadership team and internal resources. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Pflugerville, Austin, and surrounding Central Texas markets.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, and local relationship building.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, negotiations, closing, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and sales reporting within CRM systems.
Compensation and Benefits
