Content Manager

Job Description

Content Manager (Studio, Podcast and Digital)
\n Qinary | Scottsdale, Arizona | Full time, in person

\n About Qinary
\n Qinary builds personal brands for founders, executives and business owners. Most of that brand lives in content: short video, podcasts, studio interviews, and the graphics and digital pieces around them. We make it for our clients and for our founder's own brand, Buck Wise.

\n The role
\n This is not a social media posting job. The Content Manager owns how Qinary content looks and performs across studio, podcast and digital, from the first idea to the final approval before a piece goes live. You oversee the projects and the creative for our clients and for the founder's brand, and you run the studio when clients come in for interviews and podcast recordings. You do not need to run a camera or edit video yourself, but you need to be comfortable around both and know what good looks like.

\n Responsibilities
\n - Set and hold the look and feel of Qinary content across every client and every platform.
\n - Plan and run studio sessions for client interviews and podcast recordings, from prep to the recording itself.
\n - Turn what we capture in the studio into a plan for podcasts, short video, social and other digital pieces.
\n - Review content before it publishes, and send it back with clear direction when it is not ready.
\n - Plan each client's content with a creative strategy, from the idea through to the published pieces.
\n - Own the founder's content plan, from what he should be talking about this month to what gets published this week.
\n - Watch what is landing across platforms and feed it back into the plan.
\n - Keep our brand standards and examples current so the whole team can see what good looks like.

\n What you bring
\n - Experience in content, media, podcasts or marketing, at an agency, a brand or a media company. Early-career candidates with a strong eye are welcome.
\n - Strong creative judgment. You can look at a video, a graphic or a caption and say why it works or does not, and what would fix it.
\n - A real feel for short-form video, podcasts and the platforms they live on.
\n - Comfort working around cameras, lighting and a studio, and with editors and their tools. You do not need to operate them.
\n - Confidence with people: preparing a founder, guiding an interview, keeping a recording on track.
\n - Organized enough to hold a standard across many brands at once.
\n - Familiarity with AI content tools, and a clear sense of where not to trust them.
\n - Based in the Scottsdale area or willing to relocate.

\n Nice to have
\n - Podcast or interview production experience.
\n - A personal brand or audience of your own.
\n - Canva, Figma or similar design skills.

\n Pay and benefits
\n Base salary: $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
\n Performance bonus: eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to $20,000, on top of base salary.
\n Total potential annual pay: up to about $85,000 when the full bonus is earned.
\n Health insurance: eligible after 90 days of employment. Qinary begins contributing toward the premium after six months.
\n Full time, in person, at our Scottsdale office and studio.
\n Some travel within the United States for shoots and client work.

\n Qinary is an equal opportunity employer.
