The Marketing Representative supports both B2C and B2B audiences through integrated campaigns, field and event marketing, partner marketing, and relationship-focused initiatives. This role promotes services to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, as well as local doctors, including primary care providers and orthopedic surgeons, while collaborating with sales to qualify leads and support account outreach.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrated, field, event, partner, and relationship marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research across B2C and B2B audiences.
- Generate, qualify, and route leads to the sales team.
- Distribute marketing content across appropriate channels.
- Promote the brand to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct outreach to local doctors, including primary care providers and orthopedic surgeons.
- Support events and account outreach in collaboration with sales.
- Track campaign performance and maintain client communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Associate degree in Marketing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of market research and marketing analytics.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
