Job Summary
This role is ideal for an administrative or accounting support professional who enjoys working with sales documentation, invoicing, lease packages, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

The Sales Administrator will support a busy, team-focused environment where accuracy, follow-through, and organization are highly valued. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with sales personnel, customers, leasing partners, and logistics teams while contributing to smooth order processing, timely funding, and accurate administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Process invoices for equipment orders, cash sales, leases, exchanges, loaners, and rentals accurately and on time.
- Review incoming sales documentation for accuracy, completeness, signatures, payment structures, equipment configuration, and credit approval requirements.
- Maintain sales order workflow through Docuware and support credit application entry, document uploads, and lease funding packages.
- Coordinate with leasing partners, sales personnel, customers, and logistics teams to resolve funding, buyout, upgrade, return, and authorization issues.
- Prepare lease documents, schedules, addendums, funding worksheets, daily sales reports, and sales commission records.
- Maintain return authorizations, letters of intent, and related leasing documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $25 per hour.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Location: Roseville, CA.
