What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing Your People: Coach team members and shift leaders every day with real time feedback, sharp observation, and follow through that actually sticks.
- Running the Floor: Step in as Manager on Duty and own the calls that keep guests happy and the restaurant humming.
- Solving Problems with Data: Dig into service times, guest feedback, labor, and productivity to spot trends and turn them into wins.
- Owning Labor and Scheduling: Keep a pulse on labor throughout every shift and help your leaders find the sweet spot between efficiency and a team that feels supported.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of management experience in quick service or fast casual
- ServSafe certification, or the ability to earn it within your first 90 days
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a big plus
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
