About HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Fitness Studio that combines Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studios offer 24-hour access to unlimited sessions of Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates, and more. Our workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more workout in less time!
Who we’re looking for to join our team:
An energetic, self-motivated, and fitness minded individual to join our HOTWORX Cary and Apex families! This person will be an important part of making our members feel welcomed, motivated, and part of a community.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who thrives in a customer service environment and enjoys building new relationships. This is primarily a sales role, so experience in any kind of sales or quota driven environment is a plus, but not a requirement. This is a great opportunity to learn communication and persuasion skills, as well as superior customer service skills.
The primary duties will include:
- Actively selling new memberships and retail products (clothing, topicals, supplements)
- Provide tailored consultations and tours through your knowledge of infrared technology and our 3D training model
- Provide superior and enthusiastic customer service
- Engage customers through various forms of social media, phone calls, texts, and in studio events
- Represent HOTWORX at local events and community outreach activities
- Keep the studio clean, tidy, and safe at all times

Typical Shift Schedules:
Part-time
15-30 hours per week
Shifts between 4-6 Hours
Flexible schedule with rotating weekends
Hiring at both our Cary and Apex locations
Studio Staffed Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 11 AM - 8 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM

- Hourly plus performance-based commissions and bonuses ($12-20/hour)
