We’re looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator to work with our real estate company on an ongoing freelance basis.
We need someone who can take ownership of the content process — from coming up with ideas and writing scripts to shooting and editing the final videos.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Create hooks, concepts and scripts for short-form videos
- Plan content around properties, real estate, lifestyle and our brand
- 2 dedicated shooting days per month
- Film property tours, agent content, lifestyle content and other real estate-focused videos
- Direct the shoot and advise on angles, delivery and overall presentation
- Edit videos into polished, engaging Reels/short-form content
- Add captions, transitions, music, B-roll and other elements where appropriate
- Stay on top of current social media trends and bring new ideas proactively
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience creating real estate content is essential
- Strong experience filming properties and understanding how to showcase spaces properly
- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social-first content
- Creative — we don’t want to provide every idea or script
- Able to understand our brand and develop a consistent content style
- Reliable and available for 2 shoot days per month
- Based in Israel and able to shoot primarily in Tel Aviv and surrounding areas
This is an ongoing freelance position, with the opportunity to become a long-term part of our content and marketing strategy.
