The Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team is looking for a sharp, proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to keep transactions, listings, clients, and daily operations moving smoothly. This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated, well-rounded problem solver who communicates confidently, handles pressure well, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked.
Compensation:

$60,000-$70,000 based on experience

Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 base salary
Responsibilities:

Manage transaction details from contract through settlement, keeping deadlines, documents, on track

Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, deposits, vendors, attorneys, lenders, etc.

Support listings, showings, open houses, staging, signage, and listing launches

Maintain accurate MLS information, reports, spreadsheets, files, and internal tracking systems

Assist with marketing, website, social media, flyers, and other property-related materials

Provide day-to-day support to the team and owners, jumping in wherever needed
Qualifications:

Real estate license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain one

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally strong at follow-through

Proactive, independent, and confident handling multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Quick learner with a resourceful mindset, and willingness to take ownership
