What You Will Do:
- Greet and qualify all walk-in and lot traffic in a professional, pressure-free manner
- Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features and condition
- Coordinate with management to assist customers through pricing negotiation and financing
- Follow-up with customers post-sale to support retention and referrals
- Participate in the daily sales meeting and team process development sessions
- Other duties as assigned by the management
