Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scanning Data Entry Operator for a 6-month contract opportunity in West El Paso near Artcraft Rd and Upper Valley Rd in the 79932 area. This 100% on-site role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured, detail-focused work in a fast-paced document processing environment.
The Scanning Data Entry Operator will support high-volume scanning, indexing, and quality review of digital records. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in data entry, document imaging, records processing, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Scan, process, and organize high volumes of documents in a secure on-site environment.
- Perform accurate data entry and indexing of digital records.
- Review scanned documents for image quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Follow established procedures for handling confidential information.
- Meet daily production and quality standards in a fast-paced workflow.
- Support operational needs by adapting to assigned schedules and overtime when required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $15.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment Length: 6-month contract with possible conversion.
- Location: 100% on-site in West El Paso near Artcraft Rd and Upper Valley Rd.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Initial Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for the first few weeks.
- Shift Flexibility Required: Candidates may be assigned any shift between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
- Start Date: ASAP.
