Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a document storage company in Corona, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities through phone and email outreach.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on lead generation, outbound calling, prospect follow-up, and accurate CRM tracking. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level sales professional or someone with retail, customer service, or telesales experience who wants to build a long-term career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to identify, qualify, and engage potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, call, and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate information or recommendations.
- Communicate customer questions, needs, and concerns to the sales team or manager.
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills and performance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
