* Earning potential is an estimate, not a guaranteed hourly wage. The 24–33+ estimated range assumes a productive appointment book and is based on our expected Glow Bar service pricing, historical guest gratuities averaging approximately 18–20%, and base pay. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, appointment volume, service mix, gratuities, retail sales, and individual performance.


The Brow Bar Beauty Co. is expanding.


This fall, we're launching TBB Glow Bar, our new skincare division focused on approachable, elevated, non-medical skincare services.


We're looking for a licensed esthetician who wants more than simply clocking in, performing services, and going home.


This is an opportunity to join an established beauty company while helping build a brand-new department from the beginning.


You'll receive paid training, company marketing support, exposure to an existing clientele, continued education, and the opportunity to increase your income and responsibilities as TBB Glow Bar grows.


You do not need to know everything on day one.


Technique can be developed.


What matters most to us is finding someone who is dependable, coachable, organized, confident with people, willing to learn, and excited to build both a clientele and a career.


Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous esthetics experience is preferred, but mindset, professionalism, reliability, and willingness to grow matter more to us than having the longest résumé.

What You'll Get
Guaranteed Base Pay


12–16/hour, based on experience, professionalism, and demonstrated ability.


100% of Your Individual Tips


You keep 100% of the gratuities you personally earn.


Our guests historically average approximately 18–20% in gratuity, although tips are always discretionary and never guaranteed.

As your appointment book grows, your effective earnings can become significantly higher than your base hourly rate because your compensation includes:


Base Pay + Individual Tips + Retail Commission

Retail Commission


Earn additional compensation when professionally recommending appropriate home-care products to your guests.


Paid Training


We don't expect you to figure everything out alone.


You'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and paid company training opportunities designed to strengthen your technical, consultation, sales, and guest-experience skills.


Continued Education


We believe development shouldn't stop after esthetics school.


Our team receives opportunities for continued professional education, product education, advanced training, and skill development.


Training Events & Industry Opportunities


Qualified team members may have opportunities to attend company-selected paid training events, workshops, education programs, and industry experiences.


PTO Opportunity


This position begins part-time.


Team members who grow into and meet the requirements for full-time status become eligible for PTO according to company policy.

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for much more than simply performing a facial.


You'll:

• 
  Perform customized introductory and maintenance facial services
• Conduct professional skin consultations
• Educate guests about their skincare
• Recommend appropriate professional home care
• Help guests understand which services may benefit them
• Rebook clients and develop repeat clientele
• Build relationships with guests
• Follow up when appropriate
• Maintain excellent sanitation and treatment-room standards
• Participate in hands-on coaching and continued education
• Learn and apply new techniques and protocols
• Participate in occasional social-media and marketing content
• Support new service launches and promotions
• Help us test and improve Glow Bar systems
• Communicate opportunities and client feedback to leadership
• Help create an elevated and consistent guest experience
  
  

Who We're Looking For

  Holds a current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Loves skincare and facial services
• Wants to continue improving their technical skills

• Is receptive to feedback
• Can actually apply coaching after receiving it

• Is comfortable participating in occasional social-media content
• Can work select evenings and/or weekends
• Wants to grow professionally

Compensation & Benefits
