Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Kirkland, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, vendors, contractors, and internal team members while keeping a busy office running smoothly.

The Receptionist/Administrator will support a professional construction-related office environment where communication, follow-through, accuracy, and customer service are essential. This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional who wants to build long-term stability with a collaborative team, supportive leadership, and a workplace that values professionalism, organization, and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally while greeting visitors, customers, vendors, and contractors.
- Receive, document, and track inbound customer leads, including gathering initial information and routing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Prepare emails, letters, proposals, and general business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, customer consultations, and internal coordination.
- Maintain electronic and physical records, perform data entry, and support customer and project documentation.
- Manage general front office needs, including mail, deliveries, office supplies, and administrative support for management and project teams.

Compensation and Benefits

- $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
