We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and passionate individual to help spread our message of changing lives through vision therapy!
EagleEye Performance Vision is looking for an Outreach Coordinator to grow our community presence, build meaningful relationships, and connect more families with our specialized services. Every day, we see patients make remarkable progress, like children becoming confident readers, patients developing eye alignment and depth perception, individuals improving their confidence and coordination, and adults returning to work and everyday life after traumatic brain injuries.
Every patient has a story to tell, and we want your help spreading that message!
This position focuses on three primary goals: introducing vision therapy to families who need it but may not know it exists, developing and maintaining professional referral relationships, and helping our patients share their success stories.
No prior healthcare or marketing experience is required. We provide paid, on-the-job training! We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, takes initiative, and is excited to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Build community awareness of EagleEye Performance Vision and vision therapy.
- Work closely with Dr. Neil Renaud, our developmental and neuro-rehabilitative optometrist, and our Digital Marketing Manager.
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships with healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations.
- Organize educational workshops, professional presentations, and speaking engagements.
- Represent EagleEye at expos, networking events, health fairs, and community activities.
- Help grow NeuroLab, our visual development homeschool co-op, through community partnerships, outreach, and enrollment initiatives.
- Gather patient success stories, video testimonials, and Google reviews to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Identify publicity opportunities through local media, podcasts, and community publications.
- Assist with educational video recording, basic editing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with our team on outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
- Independently maintain an organized annual outreach calendar, follow up on opportunities, and track outreach results.
Requirements
- Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with new people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable networking, building relationships, and speaking to groups.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology, including AI tools.
- Creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about helping others.
- Ability to learn and confidently explain EagleEye's services to families and professionals.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events and meetings.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for networking and community events.
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week.
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
- Some flexibility in scheduling, with occasional early, evening, and weekend events.
