What you will do:

The Customer Service & Sales Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal operations by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, including hospital, data center, and commercial accounts, and your work will directly impact customer retention, revenue, and cash flow.

  • Coordinate order entry, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure customers receive products on time.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions within CRM and business systems.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain department records, and provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage monthly hospital service accounts scheduling, tagging, and purchase orders.
  • Ownership of the billing and collections cycle for specific sales representatives; focused on generating, reviewing and issue customer invoices.
    • Partner with sales and account managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
    • Conduct professional outbound customer calls for collections.
    • Proactively identify past-due accounts and escalate as appropriate.
