We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Staffing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, skilled labor, and administrative positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
- Manage multiple phone lines while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and support daily staffing operations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage multiple recruiting priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is REQUIRED.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience managing multiple phone lines and handling high call volumes.
- Social media recruiting and candidate sourcing experience is REQUIRED.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
