Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients in the engineering, architectural, design, administrative, and niche professional fields.

Job Specifications

- Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify appropriate candidates.
- Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.
- Work with Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
- Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
- Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.

Job Requirements
\n
- \n
- Two or more years of Recruiting and Staffing experience.
- Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
- Computer skills including Microsoft O365, Mac IOS, Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva), and Boolean search capabilities.
- Must be able to prioritize, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
- Ability to travel around the Greater Cincinnati area as needed.
