We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and outgoing individual to join our morning team! This is a hands-on role that combines member service, membership sales, workout support, and facility cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Member Experience

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and positivity.
  
  
• Check members into classes and assist with questions.
  
  
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment.
  
  
• Handle daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
  
  

Membership Sales & Lead Follow-Up

• Make outbound calls and send follow-up texts to prospective members.
  
  
• Schedule introductory workouts and appointments.
  
  
• Explain membership options, promotions, and fitness programs.
  
  
• Help convert leads and trial participants into paying members.
  
  
• Build relationships with existing members to support retention.
  
  

Trainer & Workout Support

• Assist the lead trainer by physically demonstrating exercises in front of group fitness classes.
  
  
• Help demonstrate proper movements and modifications under the trainer's direction.
  
  
• Encourage and motivate members throughout workouts.
  
  
• Assist with workout equipment setup and breakdown.
  
  

Facility Cleaning & Maintenance

• Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym.
  
  
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
  
  
• Sweep, mop, and clean workout floors and common areas.
  
  
• Wipe down and sanitize workout equipment and high-touch surfaces.
  
  
• Empty trash bins and restock bathroom supplies.
  
  
• Help keep the entire facility organized and presentable throughout the shift.
  
  

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Capture workout videos, photos, and member engagement content.
  
  
• Assist with social media content creation and gym promotions.
  
  
• Support community events and marketing initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be available for the entire 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM shift.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working early mornings.
  
  
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  
  
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads.
  
  
• Passionate about fitness and confident demonstrating exercises in front of groups.
  
  
• Willing and able to perform daily cleaning duties, including bathroom cleaning.
  
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
  
  
• Previous sales, customer service, or fitness experience preferred.
  
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Important: This is an active, hands-on position—not a desk-only role. Team members are expected to assist with workout demonstrations, engage in membership sales, and perform daily facility cleaning, including bathrooms.
