Job Summary
GameDay Men's Health is hiring a Medical Assistant/Front Desk Admin for its Beachwood location. This will be a hybrid role of both Front Desk Admin and Medical Assistant. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (https://gamedaymenshealth.com/beachwood-oh).

Duties
As a Medical Assistant:
- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
- Injections (B12 and other vitamins)
- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
- Assisting medical providers with patient care
- Greeting patients
- Assisting in lab operations
- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.
- Scheduling appointments
As Front Desk Admin:
- Greet and check in patients, providing a professional and welcoming front-desk experience
- Answer incoming phone calls/text messages and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for TRT, ED consultations, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, vitamin infusion therapy, lab work, and follow-up visits
- Perform patient intake and assist with administrative tasks
- Respond to patient questions, orders, and membership updates via phone and text
- Contact current and former patients regarding new services, including weight loss, peptides, and vitamin infusions
- Coordinate communication between front-desk staff and clinical team members
- Complete data entry, filing, and document management accurately
- Use Google Suite and office software for scheduling and administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with patient privacy standards
- Support smooth daily operations of the medical office
- Supply office pictures and videos to our social media management company to create content
- Solicit and manage Google customer reviews from satisfied patients
Skills
Required Skills: Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab,
endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
