Transportation and logistics company is looking for a self-motivated, driven, and results driven Sales and Marketing person to join our team. In this position, you will build relationships while assisting your current customers in their ground transportation and logistics needs. You will be responsible to create and manage your individual portfolio of accounts while working in a team environment. Your book of business will be generated through inside and outside sales.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and understand their transportation and logistics needs on a local and national level
• Take charge of client service issues to the point of resolution
• Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and drive company growth
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing
• Social media knowledge
• Extreme multi-tasking ability
• Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiasm and high energy
Experience in these areas is a plus:

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary as well as uncapped commissions
