Job Summary
We are seeking a Call Center Receptionist for a direct hire opportunity in Nashville, TN within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys high-volume inbound phone work, clear communication, and helping callers connect with the right resources quickly and professionally.
This is not a traditional front desk receptionist position. The Call Center Receptionist will serve as a key first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal team members while managing a busy multiline phone system. The role offers the opportunity to join a stable, service-driven environment where teamwork, professionalism, and responsive client care are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route a high volume of inbound calls using a multiline phone system.
- Direct clients, customers, and visitors to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Respond to basic client questions with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach.
- Perform administrative tasks, including Excel functions such as mail merge.
- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Support smooth daily office operations through reliable communication and follow-through.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $17 to $17.50 per hour.
