  • Collaborate With Our Content Team: Work from scripts, shot lists, and creative direction to capture the footage needed for production.
  • Organize Media: Upload, label, and organize raw footage and photography for our video editing team.
  • Support Events & Special Projects: Capture content during occasional scheduled company events, including some weekends.

Who We're Looking For

  • Familiar with basic filming techniques, including framing, lighting, and audio.
  • Confident approaching people and directing simple video shoots.
  • Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and willing to take initiative.

You don't need professional experience, but you should have some hands-on filming experience, whether through school projects, personal content, freelance work, or your own social media channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently studying film, videography, digital media, broadcasting, or a related field.
  • Experience filming short-form social media content.
  • Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus, but editing is not the primary responsibility.

Professional marketing experience is not required.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent, high-quality video footage captured each week.
  • Reliable B-roll and raw footage available for our editing team.
  • Well-organized media files that are easy to access and use.
