Job Description
Department: Marketing
Job Type: Full-Time
Create the Content. Tell the Story. Show the World What American Manufacturing Looks Like.
Are you the person who would rather be behind the camera creating the story than sitting around talking about what content should look like?
C.R. Onsrud is looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Assistant with strong photography, video, editing, and digital content skills to help bring our people, products, and brand to life.
You'll photograph and film impressive American-made CNC machinery in action, capture the people who design and build it, create customer and employee stories, develop social media content, and help produce the marketing materials that represent C.R. Onsrud across digital, print, trade shows, and sales.
If you have a strong visual eye, know your way around a camera and Adobe Creative Suite, and want a role where you'll actually create, this could be a great opportunity.
Who Is C.R. Onsrud?
For more than a century, the Onsrud family has been driven by a passion for engineering and manufacturing innovation.
Beginning with inverted routers, the Onsrud family built its reputation by producing high-quality equipment for manufacturers.
Today, C.R. Onsrud continues that tradition from our manufacturing facility in Troutman, North Carolina, where we design and build industrial CNC machinery engineered to process a wide variety of materials with speed, accuracy, and precision.
Our customers use C.R. Onsrud machines to manufacture an incredible range of innovative products—and our marketing team gets to tell those stories.
Why You'll Want to Work Here
We don't make run-of-the-mill mills.
We build sophisticated industrial CNC machinery, and we have some pretty amazing customers using our equipment to create equally impressive products.
Our workforce includes everyone from entry-level employees to highly skilled manufacturing and engineering professionals, working together in a safe, clean, climate-controlled environment.

- Doing the right thing
If you're willing to learn, you'll fit right in.
When you succeed, we all succeed.
