In what is a newly created opportunity owing to explosive growth (both from a new product perspective + geographical coverage), we're looking for a technically strong accountant with an exceptional grounding in ASC 606 who is an established business partner cross-functionally, with a particular focus on Product & Engineering, Sales, Legal and FP&A.
\n

Key responsibilities to include:
\n
- \n
- Own the monthly revenue close process
- Act as the revenue SME, working closely with Sales & Legal functions by providing ASC 606 guidance on customer contracts
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering around new product launches from a revenue accounting perspective
- Prepare revenue workpapers
- Continue to improve and automate revenue processes, utilising AI at every opportunity

Candidate profile:
\n
- \n
- Active CPA (Strong preference for Big 4)
- Significant experience on partnering with Commercial / Sales / Legal teams on new and renewal contract reviews
- Hyper-growth late stage scaleup experience (preferably pre-IPO)
- Strong ASC 606 grounding
- SaaS and usage/consumption-based revenue models
- Experienced with building automation-first processes and controls
- Established and credible business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
