Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Snellville, Georgia
We are redefining the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children at Kids Club ABA - VA, and we're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress. You will also assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans, collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies, document client progress and maintain accurate medical records, support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions, and conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

Experience:

Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents

Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus

Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
