Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand
Department: Art
Reports to: Creative Director

Job Overview
The Graphic Designer - Marketing & Brand will be responsible for the design and production of marketing materials, social media content, promotional and branding materials, communication media, and other print and digital work. Any previous video editing experience is a plus. Working cross-functionally to ensure that all assets produced across the organization align with newly established brand guidelines. In addition to working on the art team, the Graphic Designer works closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute assets including social media content, promotional and branding materials, communication media such as email, and other print and digital work for product launches and campaigns.
- Create engaging social media graphics and templates tailored to each platform, including the Limited Run Games website.
- Ensure visual consistency — logos, color, typography, and imagery — across all Limited Run Games marketing and e-commerce materials and channels.
- Manage and organize files, source assets, and the brand asset library.
- Edit and create video content. Any previous experience is a plus, but will also provide training.
- Continuously raise the quality of our creative. Stays up to date with ongoing developments in design applications and new trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience in/willing to learn video creation and editing.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals.
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- If remote, open to occasional travel on site in Apex, NC.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Work is primarily sedentary and performed using standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
