Someone who is comfortable with behind-the-scenes outreach, especially through social media, online communities, messaging platforms, referrals, and digital campaigns.

💼 Overall Experience: Relevant overall experience required

Key Responsibilities:
\n
✅ Develop creative participant recruitment strategies
\n
✅ Conduct external marketing and digital outreach
\n
✅ Build relationships with local organizations and community groups
\n
✅ Post opportunities across social and online community channels
\n
✅ Develop participant pipelines and referral networks
\n
✅ Engage potential participants and guide them through registration
\n
✅ Track outreach activity and recruitment progress
\n
✅ Adapt strategies based on project requirements
\n

Requirements:

✔ Seattle, WA based
\n
✔ Strong English communication skills
\n
✔ Real external marketing/outreach experience
\n
✔ Experience engaging people and building relationships
\n
✔ Comfortable with social media and digital outreach
\n
✔ Proactive, creative, and self-driven
\n
✔ Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Excel knowledge
\n
✔ Comfortable with local travel
