Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA) - Part Time

As a Trainer/Sales Associate (TSA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving membership growth, and ensuring an outstanding experience for our members. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service:
- Provide personalized attention and motivation to members during their visits.
- Strive for 5-star online ratings by delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Sales & Membership:
- Sell memberships and retail products while achieving set sales goals.
- Promote participation in the Burn Off Challenge and encourage app usage.
- Training & Support:
- Ensure members understand how to use the Burn Off App effectively.
- Complete HOTWORX Certification and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
- Marketing & Prospecting:
- Meet monthly prospecting requirements, including lead generation and guest pass distribution.
- Assist in social media engagement, promotions, and ad campaigns.
- Administrative Duties:
- Complete daily open/closing procedures and checklists.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the HOTWORX® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 11am - 8pm
- Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 11am - 4pm
- Additional hours may be assigned as needed, with schedule requests submitted in writing two weeks prior.
