From quick, authentic iPhone reels to polished videos with professional filming, storytelling, and complex editing - we’re looking for someone who can do both.
We’re a boutique digital agency with a close-knit team and a diverse range of clients, looking for a creative, hands-on filmmaker and video editor who understands social media and loves bringing ideas to life.
The role
You’ll work closely with our social media managers to create content from concept to final delivery. This includes video and still photography, filming on location, directing people on camera, and editing content tailored to different brands and platforms.
Some days, you’ll create simple, fast-turnaround social content. On others, you’ll work on brand videos, interviews, and more ambitious productions that require detailed planning and advanced editing. You’ll know when to keep things simple and when to take the production further.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on filming and photography experience with professional cameras, plus the ability to shoot great content on an iPhone when needed.
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills, from clean, straightforward social edits to more complex, polished videos.
- An understanding of social-first storytelling: strong hooks, pacing, and content that keeps people watching.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and Higgsfield as part of your creative workflow, with a genuine interest in exploring new tools and capabilities.
- Confidence directing people on camera, helping them feel comfortable and bringing out their best.
- Creativity, organization, and reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines, collaborate, and work constructively with feedback.
- A varied portfolio showcasing your filming, editing, and ability to work across different content styles and production levels.
Bonus points: After Effects skills and a drone pilot license.
