Swoon is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for a globally recognized entertainment company in Bellevue, WA. This role will support full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical professional roles. This opportunity is ideal for a corporate recruiter who can ramp up quickly, build strong hiring manager relationships, and manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate screening through interviews and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business priorities, define role requirements, develop candidate profiles, and align compensation ranges.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, and other recruiting tools.
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting processes, interview practices, candidate assessment, ATS usage, and inclusive hiring.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage recruiting activity within Greenhouse.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and updates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding through recruitment events, social media engagement, and ongoing candidate relationship development.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
