Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Cvent Solutions Consultant for a 12-month contract opportunity in Concord, CA. This senior event technology role is ideal for an experienced Cvent professional who can lead complex registration strategy, solution architecture, and attendee experience design for enterprise-level events.
The Lead Cvent Solutions Consultant will serve as a senior subject matter expert for event registration technology, partnering with event planners, marketers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly registration solutions. This is a strong opportunity to contribute in a high-visibility financial services environment with collaborative teams, structured processes, and leadership that values technical expertise, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This role is well suited for a strategic consultant who enjoys solving complex event technology challenges, mentoring others, improving standards, and building registration solutions that support large conferences, leadership meetings, client engagements, and employee programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of moderate to complex Cvent registration solutions for enterprise events.
- Partner with business leaders, event planners, marketers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective registration and attendee-management solutions.
- Design and oversee registration sites with conditional logic, multiple attendee audiences, session selection, capacity management, approval workflows, segmentation, and role-based registration paths.
- Establish technical standards, governance practices, reusable templates, quality controls, and best practices for Cvent registration development.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex Cvent, reporting, attendee-management, logic, and system-related issues.
- Coach and mentor registration site builders and event technology professionals through training, troubleshooting support, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $73.33 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Anticipated Duration: 12 months.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
