We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a busy law firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment.


Spanish/English fluency is required.


What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line telephone system
  • Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors
  • Open and close the front lobby according to established procedures
  • Receive, review, and distribute incoming faxes and deliveries
  • Assist with mailroom and mail-routing duties
  • Schedule and coordinate conference and interview rooms
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and depositions
  • Maintain forms, logs, statistics, binders, and routing guides
  • Assist with legal administrative projects, including: data entry, mass mailing, and scanning

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Previous reception or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn
  • Some college preferred
  • Knowledge of legal terminology or documents is a plus
