District 41 Farmers Insurance is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Career Development Advisor to help us identify, attract, and develop the next generation of insurance professionals.

This is not a traditional recruiting position.

You will serve as the first impression of our organization by helping candidates explore careers as Insurance Producers, Protégés, and future Agency Owners. Your mission is to guide each candidate through our Career Development System and place them on the path where they are most likely to succeed.

Responsibilities

Source New Talent

Build relationships through LinkedIn and other networking platforms

Manage candidates from Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Farmers recruiting resources, referrals, and social media

Generate new candidate conversations every week

Lead Career Discovery

Host virtual Career Discovery / Information Sessions

Present career opportunities within District 41

Answer candidate questions and overcome objections

Inspire candidates to take the next step

Guide Candidates Through the Process

Schedule and follow up with candidates

Ensure completion of the Personality Assessment

Review applications

Maintain candidate communication through AgencyZoom CRM

Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process

Match Candidates to the Right Opportunity

Recommend Producer candidates to District 41 Agency Owners

Identify future Agency Owner candidates and coordinate final interviews with the District Manager

Build long-term relationships with future talent

Own the Recruiting Pipeline

Maintain an organized CRM

Execute consistent follow-up

Track candidate progress

Report weekly recruiting metrics
