Strategic Sourcing & Category Governance

\n

    \n
  • Define, align, and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies for 2026 and beyond across key indirect domains:
  • \n

  • Professional Services: HR Services (Benefits, Contingent Labor, Recruitment, Relocation), Real Estate leasing, T&E, Meetings & Events, Courier & Office Services.
  • \n

  • Topline & Growth: Creative/Advertising Agencies, Media, and Outsourced Sales Services.
  • \n

  • Cross-Category Alignment: Partner as needed with Transportation, Warehousing (3PL), CAPEX, and IS/IT digital transformation projects.
  • \n

  • Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycles, ensuring rigorous adherence to internal compliance and procurement policies.
  • \n

  • Conduct external benchmarking, market intelligence studies, and vendor assessments to expand and diversify the North American supplier base.
  • \n

\n

Supplier Selection, Negotiation & Contracting

\n

    \n
  • Formulate, launch, and manage high-impact RFPs/RFQs; analyze complex vendor bids and present data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Lead commercial, legal, and operational negotiations spanning pricing structures, SLAs, payment terms, and risk-mitigation frameworks.
  • \n

  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to draft, ratify, and execute enterprise supplier agreements.
  • \n

\n

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) & Performance

\n

    \n
  • Direct quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs) with key strategic suppliers.
  • \n

  • Build, monitor, and enforce KPI/SLA scorecards to drive continuous improvement, operational resilience, and supplier innovation.
  • \n

  • Establish strategic supplier partnerships that balance high-quality internal service levels with sustained cost control.
  • \n

\n

Spend Analytics, Financial Control & Value Creation

\n

    \n
  • Manage spend portfolios and drive COVI (Cost Out, Value In) programs, validating financial targets directly with Finance and category leadership.
  • \n

  • Execute tail spend management, optimize cash flow through working capital initiatives, and assess creative insourcing vs. outsourcing operating models.
  • \n

  • Partner with the Global Client Procurement network to leverage scale, unify practices, and implement standard global sourcing playbooks.
  • \n

\n

Qualifications & Competencies

\n

    \n

  • \n

  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Solid background in spend analysis, financial modeling, total cost of ownership (TCO), and supplier performance metrics.
  • \n
