We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. You’ll work closely with a BCBA and a supportive clinical team to help each learner build meaningful skills and experience success.
What You’ll Do

Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by the supervising BCBA

Collect accurate data and document client progress

Support children in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills

Use evidence-based ABA strategies during structured and naturalistic teaching opportunities

Build positive, trusting relationships with learners and their families

Communicate and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
-
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
-
Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or developmental disabilities preferred
-
A genuine interest in helping children learn and grow
-
Reliable, patient, and dependable
-
Comfortable working one-on-one with children in their homes and other community-based settings

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Previous ABA, special education, childcare, or behavioral health experience is a plus
Pay
$24.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule
This position requires after-school and early evening availability, typically around 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.
Additional hours may be available based on client needs and your availability .
