  • Draft professional correspondence, cover letters, project descriptions, follow-up emails, and other sales-related documents.
  • Assist in maintaining pricing information, customer records, project references, and supporting proposal documentation.
  • Track proposal deadlines, customer communications, and outstanding information requests to ensure timely follow-up.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in managing and maintaining AGI's professional presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Research industry developments, healthcare initiatives, government programs, and potential customer organizations.
  • Prepare engaging, professionally written social media posts, company updates, project highlights, and industry-related content.
  • Help develop marketing campaigns intended to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with professional responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Identify prospective customers, decision-makers, and business connections through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Coordinate with AGI's marketing personnel in developing promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and website content.

4. Customer Relations & Business Development

  • Support communication with existing customers, prospective clients, and business partners.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing introductory emails, company presentations, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Assist in organizing follow-up activities, sales leads, appointments, and customer correspondence.
  • Participate in company meetings, customer presentations, trade shows, and industry-related events as required.
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with customers, vendors, government representatives, and internal team members.

5. General Sales & Marketing Administration

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, research summaries, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized electronic records of bids, customer inquiries, proposals, and marketing activities.
  • Assist management with special projects, market research, competitor analysis, and other business development initiatives.
  • Perform additional sales and marketing support duties as assigned.
