Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available (Temporary, up to 90 days; schedule M–F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with weekend flexibility)

Position Details & Duration

Flexible Hiring: We are offering both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to fit your schedule.
Project Duration: These are temporary roles lasting up to 90 days, though duration may be reduced or extended based on ongoing business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Gear Up: Put on a PICO 4 Ultra capture headset and dive into immersive recording sessions.
Keep It Real: Perform simple, natural everyday tasks—opening jars, moving items, organizing space—while keeping your hands in the spotlight.
Direct Your POV: Record clean, quick 1-minute video clips, ensuring lighting is crisp and movements are smooth (no sudden rollercoaster head spins!).
Manage the Tech: Handle light device checks (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, battery) and keep your equipment clean and ready to roll.
Hit the Quality Bar: Keep your hands front-and-center so video footage meets our high-quality project standards (>90% acceptance rate).

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

Age: 18+ years old.
Location: On-site from Pittsburgh, PA, Fremont, CA, or Oklahoma City, OK — must be within a commutable distance to attend onsite recording sessions at local project sites.
Comfort with Tech/VR: You feel totally fine wearing VR/AR headsets without motion sickness or dizzy spells.
Action-Ready: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift while wearing an 8–10 lb head/body pack.
Hand-Eye Precision: Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination! Your hand size fits between the 25th–75th percentile (standard glove sizing).
Tech-Savvy Enough: You can connect to Wi-Fi/hotspots, pair Bluetooth, and tap record without sweating.

Bonus Points If You Have...

Experience with VR/AR headsets or action cams (GoPro, Meta Quest, PICO, etc.).
Background in data collection, QA testing, or gig/task-based work.
A reliable, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in a structured, team-focused environment.
