Job DescriptionHiring Immediately — Warehouse Operations Clerk — Wilmer, TX: Inergroup is hiring a Warehouse Operations Clerk in Wilmer, TX. This role is responsible for ensuring all shipping-related documents are completed accurately and on time, and reports directly to the Operations Supervisor or Manager. Pay starts at $19/hour, 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM. Manhattan WMS experience is required for this position.
Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20/hour, paid weekly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
• Job Type: Full-time
• Reports To: Operations Supervisor or Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs
• Communicate through various media with site personnel to ensure operations are meeting requirements
• Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments
• Using a warehouse management system, open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight
• Ensure drivers depart with appropriate paperwork
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents
• Gather, enter, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping activities in the warehouse management system
• Assist in resolving shipping-related discrepancies
• Assist with material handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading as needed
• Actively monitor trailer capacity and work proactively with spotters on trailer moves
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed by the leadership team
• File all outbound paperwork so it is easily accessible when needed
• Maintain an accurate seal log

Qualifications

• Manhattan WMS experience is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence with carriers
• Experience preparing shipping documents and bills of lading
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable with data entry and warehouse management systems
• Prior warehouse or logistics clerical experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and attendance
