Miami Neons is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our custom LED neon sign business. We’re looking for someone who responds quickly, follows up consistently, and knows how to turn inquiries into paid orders.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to leads from our website, email, and social media.
- Help customers choose sign designs, sizes, colors, and options.
- Prepare quotes, design previews, and Shopify invoices using our tools.
- Follow up on open quotes, answer questions, and close sales.
- Find new customers through outreach to businesses, event planners, and designers.
- Keep customer details and sales activity updated in our CRM.
- Coordinate with our design and production team to confirm order details.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and excellent follow-through. You should be organized, comfortable using online tools, and able to manage several customers at once. Shopify or CRM experience is helpful. English and Spanish are a plus.
